Communication and Organization

This team consists of four Rotterdam students, 5 Bordeaux students and 2 Porto students responsible for organising team building as well as educational and adventurous activities for other students and professors that are a part of this programme. Organisation & Communication team is also responsible for both internal and external communication of this programme. For the purpose of internal communication, different methods were used such as emails, Whatsapp and IBOO. On the other hand, the team created a website to communicate progress and results to their partner institutes, supervisors and general student body. When asked about the team experience and challenges, they also mentioned communication a major issue among all three institutes, resulting in slow progress during the working period. However, the team overcame this difficulty when they were brought together in Bordeaux, where they got to know each other better and understand each others communication styles. This led to an organized collaboration to reach the main goal within the timeline. They learned that not everything good always comes easy and that online communication can slow down the process of reaching the finishing line.
