Wine Project

The "Wine Project" is the first project in the programme. This project team has been collaborating with Château Reignac, a Bordeaux vineyard specialising in red and white wine. While the market demand for Reignac wine in France has declined over the years, they are considering expanding to the Netherlands. They charged the team with creating a commercial strategy for the firm based on market research in the Dutch market. Now that the program is coming to an end, we interviewed the team and asked them about their experience and any obstacles they may have encountered; they indicated that it was difficult to work together due to language issues and various schedules. They were delighted to note that as they got to know one other more, the procedure became smoother, and at the end, they were pleased with the outcomes.
