Flip the City

The "Flip the City" project is the second in the programme. This team works for the firm 'Flip the City,' which emphasizes the value of biodiversity and greening through a real consumer product made from duckweed. The team was entrusted with providing answers to business challenges by analyzing the company's supply chain management and offering new potential ideas for enterprise innovation. When questioned about the team's experience and problems, they noted the same scheduling and time management issues as the Wine project team did. On the other side, they were happy to declare that, despite the time management challenge, they were well-organized and provided outstanding work.
